Came here to the ER after weeks of being ignored by other doctors. I knew something more was wrong than what I was being told. From the moment I stepped in I was treated with such genuine concern and care. Immediately everyone knew something more was going on. I’m truly grateful for every person that took care of me over the weekend. From the very front reception of the ER to my doctors. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and caring. Finally starting my journey to get some answers on what’s going on with me and I owe that to everyone here at this hospital.

I am an 88 year old female, recently admitted to Tx Health Plano Hospital for hiatal hernia surgery performed by Dr Hassan Ahmed. From check in to discharge, my care was excellent. Demetrius, in admissions, was so thoughtful and funny , which relieved my anxieties! I have a reaction of nausea related to pain meds and general anesthesia and this was expressed to all - no nausea, hooray! The surgery was performed laparoscopically/robotically - thank God your hospital is so well equipped! Once in my private room, the staffing attention to my needs was exceptional - from Dr Tran, the internal medicine doctor assigned to my area, to the nurses and techs, my needs were always addressed quickly. Thank you all!!!

Bless this hospital and the staff that took care of me on 12/27. I was brought here via EMS for a severe asthma attack and every member of the staff - my nurses, respiratory therapist, and Dr were so kind and helped me tremendously. The medications, tests, and everything else was explained well to me and my family.

My mom had a what we thought was a stroke and we took her to the ER here. All I can say is the doctors and staff here are excellent. The nurses here are so nice and caring. . She ended up being admitted overnight. This hospital is extremely clean which we liked very much. Thank you to all the staff here that helped my mother. We appreciate you.

I went in to the cardiology depatment & was amazed at the speed of their operations. The staff were extremely courteous & friendly. Starting from the front office , the nurses, the doctor & the lab technicians, all of them were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. This made me feel comfortable & in safe hands. The communication between the technical staff & the doctor happened lightening fast.

I had a tonsillectomy on the first of December 2025 over at the Texas health center for surgery and diagnostics. Next day I work up throwing up high fever and bleeding out into mouth. Went to Baylor Mckinney’s but got no help. So I came to Texas health Plano ER. Got in saw the doctor, got lab work and my ent was notified. I was admitted and brought to a room at 9 pm upstairs. Nurses were nice! Doctors came and saw me each day. I got out on Friday evening late. I would Reccomend this hospital to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience here and with Doctor Malik in internal medicine. Staff was very helpful and welcoming upon arrival and we were walked through every step of the process with kindness. We are very lucky to live so close to this hospital as we came here during the snow/ice storm. Overall a wonderful experience!
